Order Processing

American Heritage Co. ("American Heritage," "we," "us," or "our") strives to get your orders to you quickly. We typically ship in-stock items within 2-3 business days. However, there may be delays during peak seasons (September-December) and national holidays.

Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the weight and destination of your order.

Domestic Shipping

We primarily ship via reliable carriers like UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can then track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Free Local Delivery (Limited Area)

We offer free local delivery to the Kingsburg area for orders placed online and selected at checkout.

Damaged Items
