Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

American Heritage Company LLC Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from American Heritage Co. ("American Heritage," "we," "us," or "our"). If for any reason you are not, you may return most items within 30 days of receipt of shipment.

There are some exceptions to our return policy:

  • Final Sale Items: All sale items, swimwear, and any items discounted by 50% or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Special Order Items: Special order items, furniture, and personalized items cannot be returned.

Return Process

Return Conditions

All returned items must be:

  • In unused, new condition
  • In their original packaging
  • With all accessories, labels, wrapping included
  • Tags and seals, where present, still attached to the products

We cannot accept returns for items that are not in the original condition or that have been damaged, worn, or altered.

Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and verify that it meets the conditions outlined above, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment within 20 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges online. However, you can return your unwanted item(s) and place a new order for the desired item(s) through our website.
